Since our services involve custom development and technical engineering, refunds are handled as follows:
If the project is cancelled before any work has begun, a partial refund may be issued after deducting administrative charges and consultation costs.
Once work has started, no full refund is possible. Proportional refunds may be provided for unperformed tasks.
For hardware supplied by Mechatronix India, refunds are allowed only if the product is defective and reported within 7 days of delivery.

We provide shipping across all states of India. International shipping is available, provided the customer handles applicable duties/taxes.
Orders for components typically take 2–5 business days for processing. Custom-built prototypes may take longer based on project complexity.
Report any damaged products within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video evidence. We will coordinate with our logistics partners to resolve lost package claims.
